I thought a lot before starting this website. What did I want to achieve?

Then I realised that my goal is simple: to highlight the contributions made by those people who weren’t lucky enough to be born in Australia  but chose to move here either through their own will or through circumstances.

Since day one, they’ve embraced their adopted country and chosen to contribute their time, efforts and knowledge to making their and others’ lives better.

I hope you enjoy reading their stories as much as I liked writing them.
